Apr.  1995 to present – Manager of "JOINT STARS", for the development of the commercial / industrial relations with China; part-time invited lecturer on "Doing business with China" at the Tel-Aviv College of Administration, and the Israel Export Institute.
 - Intimately involved in industrial relations with Chinese Authorities: AVIC, CATIC and NORINCO (G), and Enterprises within Chinese Industry, for more than three decades.
Sept. 2015 to Dec. 2016 – Consultant to C3D Ltd.: formation of an User Manual and a Product Assembly File for a new, Hi-Tech product; transfer to production.
Feb. 2009 to May 2016 – Consultant to SOLTAM / ELBIT Systems Ltd.; Leading Manager of a Project for a foreign customer.
